The attached image shows a Wordle of the values that individual members of the Homma staff identified of most importance to them.  The larger the word appears, the more times it was identified by our staff.  It is not surprising, but wonderfully reassuring, to see that we value family, love, security, happiness, support, compassion, friendship, comfort, and learning.  These are values that we not only hold in our personal lives but those that we want to instill in our students.  Our next step will be to use these words to begin the creation of a Homma Vision Statement.
